Title: Stairs texture looks messed up

I recently updated GSX to latest version and my GSX textures in the sim look horrible. Have a look at screenshot below the stairs looks melted for some reason. Never had this problem before the update.

Nothing related to GSX, nobody ever reported it before, it seems a VRAM corruption issue, maybe your a low on VRAM, or it's just a simulator bug.

I appreciate your response - however I do not think this is VRAM issue, I have been using GSX with MSFS for long time and I had never encountered such problem before. Potentially it could be a sim bug as you say. The textures do resolve themselves though if I zoom in.
