Title: no paint for gsx only default one

am not getting paints coming up on gsx can you tell me how to fix this please

please could someone from fs dream team help i have look  on the web on you tube i have done update and re install twice still not working

Is this P3D4 ? If yes, the issue has already been discussed in another thread.
