Good afternoon,
I've installed all the new updates from Version 3.5.3 for P3d V4.5.
Previous versions worked perfectly fine with no issues. However, since the update GSX has not given the option for selecting specific handlers from the menu - I have a few custom operators and custom airports. When I do select the Handling from the menu, I get a mix of colours & a single "Jet Aviation" handling agent.
I've seen a previous post which suggested a fresh reinstall, which I've done - 3 times all with the same issue.
I've attached a screenshot of what I am seeing, which is consistent across all airports.
Any suggestions or fixes appreciated!
Many thanks!

For reasons which are complex to explain here, the GSX cache rebuilding process is much longer than on any other sim. This means, after an update, you must wait longer for being rebuilt, and this causes missing operator thumbnails if you open the menu before the cache has been completely rebuilt.
After it's done, you must restart it again, and the operator thumbnails should work again.

I've followed the suggested method, but unfortunately, the issue remains.
I performed a clean reinstall, downloaded LiveUpdate, and restarted twice to allow the cache to build. I'm familiar with giving it plenty of time, especially since I have a fairly large scenery library, but I left it running for over an hour today with no change.
I'm still seeing the exact same screen as shown in the screengrab below and when selecting a service, it does not give a choice of hander, it defaults straight to the generic one. Everything was working well before Version 3.5.3—could something in that update have caused this issue?
Thanks in advance!

Just a note to say the latest update, Version 3.5.6, has not fixed the problem.

hello i got the same issue
did you find out how to fix this please

Sadly, I haven’t got a fix either yet. However, I uninstalled GSX fully, reinstalled BUT stopped short of applying the LiveUpdate. I had a backup from before the new updates and just copied & pasted that back to the files and it now works perfectly like it did before the new updates.
