Title: The key for gsx does not work

I bought a GSX from SinMarket. The activation code they gave me doesn't work. When I try to activate the GSX, it tells me the code doesn't match and that it needs to start with an FSDT symbol. However, the code provided by SinMarket doesn't have anything similar.

You must have a VERY old installer, one made before 2019 when Esellerate closed, and we switched to QLM/Soraco installers with QLM keys that all starts with A. The current installer recognizes both kind of keys, but an older installer (one older than 2019!) won't recognize the new kind of keys, so it expects them to start with FSDT- which is the old keys issued by Esellerate.

I checked the GSX installer that is currently from Simmarket, and it's dated Feb. 2022, so there's no way you could have got an pre-2019 installer from Simmarket. That is even without saying that installer downloads a later version anyway, but that's besides the point.

Are you SURE you never installed GSX before, possibly with a much older installer, that for some reason can't be updated ?
