Hello Umberto,
since the latest GSX PRO update to V 3.5.4 I can´t see the Crew anymore, no matter If I call the Crew at the boarding/deboarding time or not. I even can´t see the Crew greeting passangers at the Doors as usual. I tested in many Airports without any success: I am using the Aircraft iniBuild A320-V2 Neo, I had no problems with the Crew till the V 3.5.4 was installed.
My System: MSFS 2020 latest Version, Win 11 (26100.4061), GSX PRO V 3.5.4
"couatl.log" added hereby as *.zip-Attachement
Thanks vor checking this.

"couatl.log" added hereby as *.zip-Attachement
Your log is note made at a time where you were boarding or deboarding so, whatever the issue it would have reported, we can't see it. From your log, you started the sim then exited without calling any GSX service.
-
Hi Umberto,
strange..... I DID call Boarding, then Deboarding, then changed park Position, started Boarding again started Deboarding again..... I can´t understand why the couatl.log didn´t record all those operations.
I will check it again and let you know.
Regards.
-
is possible you restarted GSX ? That would overwrite a previous log.
-
Hi Umberto,
no I didn´t....
I made a new Test, and hereby you find the new coautl.log: I can´t understand, but there is "nothing" in it, it reports that it was waiting for Simconnect nothing more!!
Strange, because I did startet GSX services and got a full Boarding with 180 Passengers ( that I could truly see coming from the Jetway into the plane, but not the crew ), I then made a pushback and everything worked perfectly.
I think it is too complicated for me, I can´t understand what is going on...... I only updated GSX Pro, no changes of any kind on my Pc-System.
Regards.

That log is worse that the first one: it shows GSX hasn't even started so, it seems it was taken immediately after a restart. Note that, if GSX has an error, the auto-restart will restart it.
However, it will wait for a minute before doing that, so maybe you only need to be quicker to take the log before it restarts.

Good Morning Umberto,
this morning I started MSFS2020 again, it seems that the couatl.log is now complete. I attach it hereby, still no crew visible but passengers are ok!
Don´t know if correct but I think the culprit could be shown here as "Exception in passengerDescriptor_Boarding" there are exactely 4 strings as much as the crew are:
.........
AssistanceServices.showMessage() Crew boarding starting WHITE
CreatePassengers() 4 GsxJetwayCrew
CreatePassengers() - Using Jetways
emulateText_MSFS [GSX] Crew boarding starting WHITE 5.0
Distance from Door 1L = 0.0726326 m
Jetway will use door Door 1L
Distance from Door 2L = 24.3919 m
('', '')
Exception in passengerDescriptor_Boarding
Exception in passengerDescriptor_Boarding
Exception in passengerDescriptor_Boarding
Exception in passengerDescriptor_Boarding
AssistanceServices.showMessage() Crew boarded GREEN
.........
Anyway still no Crew visible for me. Regards.
-
Yes, those errors are surely the cause for it, I see from the log you decided not to board Pilots. Have you tried if it works if you choose to board both ?
-
Hi,
no I didn´t board Pilots yet.... will try it and report then, thanks Umberto.
-
Hi Umberto,
I tested with Pilots and Crew boarding ( choice: Both ), well, the Pilots ARE VISIBLE, but they are coming mixed along with Passangers.... they should arrive at first in the cockpit if I am right. Crew still not visible.
I attached the new couatl.log hereby. Regards.
-
Your log was made with the previous version, so please try again with the current one, and provide a description of the sequence, like if you chose to board just pilots, crew, nobody, or both.
-
Umberto, here comes the new LOG as you asked for.
I made a boarding at a GA-Parking with an iniBuilds A320-Neo, asked for both Pilots and Crew Boarding. Pilots were boarded and visible, but the Crew still not visible.
Passangers all boarded and visible without issues.
Regards.

Umberto, here comes the new LOG as you asked for.Regards.
Your log still shows you are outdated. Less than before, you got this version of the Couat engine:
Couatl v5.0 (build 5779)
But the one we have online now for MSFS 2020 it s 5792, so you are still several versions behind. Be sure you run another update check now, and if it doesn't work, try the Offline installer.
-
Strange,
Here a screenshot of my GSX PRO Installer´s main page.
Anyway, going to make a new Update using the offline installer now.

That number simply indicated the manifest.json file of the GSX package is updated, nothing else. It doesn't say if each and every file in your installation is the correct version, particularly the .exe, which might also possibly blocked by a faulty antivirus.
-
OK,
used the Offline Installer now, the log shows GSX PRO to be updated with Couatl v5.0 (build 5792)! Anyway, no changes for me, I still have Pilots and Passengers visible but not the Crew.
Hereby as attachement the new couatl.log

Now we fixed your outdated version of the engine, but you now need to run another update CHECK again now, to fix that error. Or, download the OFFLINE installer AGAIN, because it has been updated again to fix it.
-
OK!
will do it later (going out of home now) and report to you Umberto. Thanks
Regards.

OK, did the update once again ( with the offline installer ) and I got the crew back to the place they belong!! ;)
Issue solved, thanks for the support and a nice weekend to you Umberto.
