Why am I getting application faults when trying to run the FSDT Update?

I am on a clean install of W11 Home.
The application does not launch, and I am not able to install any of the products I have purchased.
Any help would be appreciated.

But now you have a DIFFERENT error. Have you done something to fix the other error, so something changed between then and now ?
