Why I have five credit cards is NO ONES BUSINESS but myown. next time I suggest you address the issue at hand !!!!!!!!!!

We don't have any control over payments, which are processed by Fastspring. We don't have your payment details and you are not even on our site anymore when you order so, it's not very useful to contact FSDT asking why your card has been rejected by Fastspring, because we just don't know.

When you see the payment denied error, the messages that says "Contact Us", means "Contact Fastspring", not FSDT.

I can only give you the most common cases of why cards might be rejected:

- Inserting a different name or address compared to the one the card is registered to.

- Not inserting any name or any address or a fake name

- Inserting a country different from the one the card has been issued from.

- Using a VPN to order and being in a country different than the one the card has been issued from.

- Using anonymous email providers.

But as I've said, these are just generic suggestion, we can't look into the specific reasons why Fastspring rejected your particular order so, if you checked all of these, either use a different payment method, or contact Fastpring for clarifications.

Note that, if you keep trying and keep getting the order rejected, your email will be placed into a TEMPORARY "Blacklist" which will expire in a few days so, it's possible that, even if you finally inserted all data correctly, you'll have to wait until the blacklist triggered by too many previous failed attempts will expire.
