1 ) I just noticed the walker alongside the aircraft, when I looked to my left in cockpit view. Nice touch! Don't know when that was added but thank you!
2 ) Possibly an Easter Egg? If I restart my flight, I hear a passenger saying "thanks for the upgrade to First Class!"

We added wingwalkers during Pushback last December.

Of course it'ìs an Easter Egg, it's related to the fact the PMDG 777 has two cabin configurations that can be switched on the fly. This made a bit more complex than usual to handle the reconfiguration of passengers that might have been already seated, it requires extra coding because we need to relocate the various passengers sections and that could have happened at any time.
So, since the extra coding added to recognize the cabin reconfiguration was there, we thought to add an extra touch, and simulate what could have possibly happened in "real life" if the cabin configuration changed on the fly, meaning some passengers would switch class. So, if you switch from a cabin with all Economy into one with with Dual class, you'll hear a random selection of pleased voices. And if you do the opposite, switch from dual class to all Economy, you'll hear disgruntled passengers complaining.
