I seem to be having a bit of a floating luggage issue.
I have tested on various different aircraft and locations. In the case of the MD-11F it affects the main-deck loading position and aft lower-deck position (not the forward one), whilst on the 777-300ER it affects only the forward luggage position (not the aft one). The luggage moves up or down with the loader but is always outboard by several metres of the platform
Passengers all seem to be fine.
Any help would be appreciated!

That's because you don't have the latest update, this has been fixed in few updates ago.

Thanks for the reply.
Must admit, I thought I had checked that, and that I saw it was up to date but it's possible I was wrong.
Won't be back in front of my sim PC for a few days but will re-check again and get back if necessary.

I have now been able to check and can confirm that GSX is up to what I believe is the current version, 3.4.6 on my main sim PC.
Fortunately, I have a completely separate installation on a secondary PC which I have just checked. It happened to be on 3.3.6 which upon testing showed no problem, however after updating to 3.4.6 the problem showed in exactly the same way as my main PC, with mispositioned luggage on all aircraft.
Could you kindly help with how we might further troubleshoot this.

Hello again - was there any reply to this?
Thanks

I am having the same problem with 3.4.6, which the FSDT Installer says is current. Acft is the TFDi MD-11F in MSFS 2020.
The right rear baggage loader was floating the cargo pallets in midair during deboarding/unloading, the left (Main) and front right loaders worked OK.
-
On a subsequent sim session, two of the three cargo loaders were sliding the pallets off the end of the platform and floating them in mid-air. TFDi MD-11F in MSFS 2020.
Not sure what's triggering the behavior some times and not others, but this is definitely not fixed.

I just installed today's update (3.4.7) a few minutes ago, and I'm still seeing the problem. Now what??

Please clarify exactly which loader you are referring to.

It's the hi-lift cargo loader. Acft is the TFDi MD-11F, stock config, with cargo loaders coming to the left (main) and right (fwd and aft cargo) doors.
I just ran the "check" function for GSX in the FSDT Installer, and it looked like it downloaded some files. I then loaded sim a couple times and (fingers crossed) it seems to be working normally after doing that.
Also, FYI, my initial update to 3.4.7 using the FSDT installer dumped most of the airports I had configured to exclude jetways. The only ones left in the list were the FSDT sceneries. When I tried the exclude 3rd party airport feature, it missed finding dozens of my add-on airports.

This has already been fixed, the installer will now auto-rename the old backup folder to the new name, so you won't lose your old exclusions.

I too have re-tested with today's new update (3.4.7) and from my end no change, still the same issues with luggage floating out beyond the various loaders, regardless of trying the "check" function which seemed to solve the other poster's issue with it.
To clarify, the problems are per my original post, ie. on the TFDi MD-11 main and aft lower-deck loaders, and the PMDG 777-300ER forward cargo loader.
Again, this was not a problem with version 3.3.6 and only presented itself following an update to 3.4.6 (and now 3.4.7).

I spoke too soon...this iteration I have the issue again--during deboarding one of the three loaders is running the containers off the end of the load platform and suspending it in midair, then the container lowers along with the lift platform onto the baggage train.
The loader position varies...this time it's the right/aft loader. Last time it was the left/main loader.

Your issue is you still have the OLD loaders, that's why I said you don't have the latest update, since the new loaders has been introduced, the updater REMOVES the old loaders entirely so, either you don't have the latest updated installer (possibly antivirus/firewall blocking it), or the removal of their folders failed for some reason (again, antivirus, permissions, etc.)
Check this folder (assuming a default installation)
c:\Program Files (x86)\Addon Manager\MSFS\fsdreamteam-gsx-pro\SimObjects\GroundVehicles
You should have ONLY these:
FSDT_Cargo_Loader_CCL35S
FSDT_Cargo_Loader_CHAMP70
FSDT_Cargo_Loader_CHAMP70_S
FSDT_Cargo_Loader_CHAMP70_W
If you still have these folders:
FSDT_Cargo_Loader
FSDT_Cargo_Loader_HI
FSDT_Cargo_Loader_HI_CargoMain
FSDT_Cargo_Drivers
It means you either haven't updated, or the updater was stuck with an old version, or the updater couldn't remove those so, first thing, try an update Check again, and see if they are removed (they should).
If not, remove the folders manually, and remove this folder too:
C:\ProgramData\Virtuali
then start the sim, and you should only see the new ones.

Thanks for this - the problem seems to be solved!
A couple of points to add:
- There was an additional folder called FSDT_Cargo_Wagon which, as it was not on your list of what to *ONLY* have, I deleted it.
- Following your last instruction of starting the sim immediately after deleting the Virtuali folder resulted in a Couatl crash in-sim. After closing the sim I then re-ran the update Check, restarted the sim and there seemed to be no further issues.
Will test further to be fully sure this is solved.

The old loaders were indeed still present. I watched the folder while running the "check" function on GSX in the FSDT Installer again this morning, and this time it removed them.
The cargo loaders appear to be working normally now.
