Title: Any HOTAS experts?

All was fine until I updated the joystick firmware and now the throttle will not calibrate. At the idle detent the f18 is at full thrust. As I push forward on the throttle then all is fine again. I did unplug the throttle during the firmware update. Do I now have a broken HOTAS?  :'(

is that within fsx or the hotas control panel?
