Most recent update has isolated parking positions at ORD & DTW for me, along with others I'm sure. Cannot use GSX after this update.
-
yes something is amiss.
tried to spawn at a few airports, getting an isolated parking message. none of the normal gsx menu options come up. Tried running the update again.
no joy.

Bernard
-
hi
yes also for me with all aircrafts and all airports - its not normal - i hope fsdt will do an update...
-
Hi, I have the same problem too. Every parking at any airports I'm getting the isolated parking message.
-
Nothing is "broken" and of course I cannot replicate the problem.
But, if any of those who posted here with just a "same problem", instead provided a proper report indicating exactly the airport used, the profile used, and even better a diagnostic log, I might be able to understand why it's happening to you.
-
The issue is happening for me at EKCH from FlyTampa at any gate I spawn with any airplanes. I tried with Fenix planes and with ini A350. Every time I get "Parking isolated". I tried running the live update didn't work. And the issue is also happenning at any airports.

Having the same issue at multiple airports with multiple aircraft
-
Hi, unfortunately I seem to be having the same issue too, I was at gate 522 in EGLL when GSX was loaded it came up Loading.... Flying .... then showed gate options which didn't include 522 and is not the usual behaviour so I just choose a gate, nothing worked. I loaded as usual in the Fenix A321 Mass and Balance choose GSX and again nothing happened but all the passengers did appear in the cabin. I just flew to EGCC requested a gate on arrival and I think GSX reported that the gate was isolated. Also I was using the new EGLL with inibuilds profile. I did also try spawning into EGCC and the same happened there Loading.... Flying .... I was at Gate 12 in the FBW A380 but couldn't select that gate either as it was not listed but again this is not normal, I would usually just Operate the Jetway initially. Thanks
My EGCC profile was working fine before the update, this profile hasn't changed.
I have attached the Couatl.log

I tried at a different airport LFPG with PMDG 77W and I have the same problem again. I don't know if the logfile will help.
-
Hello,
Same issue here, on FS2024 SU1. So, i tested with the FBW380(dev) and HW339(0.7.1):
- VTBS (SiamFlight) with https://fr.flightsim.to/file/81340/gsx-profiles-vtbs-bangkok-suvarnabhumi-siamflight, i sent a message to its author before to figure it got the issue with all my airports
- KSFO (Flightbeam) with its official profile
- KJFK (iniBuilds) with its official profile
- So i tried some profile without python, in case it was related to this issue: KIAH (from your studio: FSDT) with its profile
So GSX seems unusable in all my airports.
Maybe it can help to reproduce the issue if i tell that i'm french, so my computer is in french, as i know that issues can occurs with decimal separator when parsing json due to localization
-
My GSX will not load after applying the recent update.
"Failed to load GSX menu. Please wait, it might appear later..."
Reinstalled multiple times. Ran live update. Manually ended couatl task and restarted. nothing
-
I have this "isolated parking" in all airports, please look into this update that broke something.
EDIT : it seems that there is now parkings mismatches in associated .ini profiles
-
I also have issues see below - in MSFS2024 SU1 version
I get error
“The add on (unknown) is causing couatl engine script to restart
Please run live update”
Whenever I run update just get stuck in loop and GSX fails to function
Never had any issues before latest version and nothing changed add on wise on my PC.
Thanks
-
I also have this behavior. I think the screenshot provides all the information needed. It is related to the GSX profiles. I hope FS Dream Team might see why it is endeed broken.
-
hello
a new update is ready (3.4.1.) and now gsx is working perfectly .... ;)
-
After the latest GSX update, the Jetways do not move to the airplane.
Using MSFS2024 Beta SU2

After the latest GSX update, the Jetways do not move to the airplane.
Movement of jetway never depended on GSX in the first place.
Using MSFS2024 Beta SU2
Yes, there are issue in SU2 Beta with jetways. GSX has no control over them.

Hi, i did a test with the last v3.4.2 released today, and sadly, i still got the "isolated parking" issue.
It's not related to aircraft type: i tested with differents aircrafts, after to have reproduced the issue on differents airports.
-
Hi everyone,
I can confirm that I'm experiencing the same issue with version 3.4.2.
GSX is currently unusable for me. This issue is present on both platforms, FS20 and FS24. In my case, I use both. Probably something is wrong with GSX, in my opinion.
Brdgs,
Lubi

Just had the update as well, but unfortunately, still have the isolated parking issues.
Would love to revert too an earlier version too, but hopefully a fix is on its way.
-
Hello again, I tried with 3.4.2 and I can confirm the problem is still there. So again I tried with pmdg 77W at a different airport RJTT but nothing change since 3.4.0. I'm still having that "Parking Isolated" message and I'm unable to do anything with GSX, the in-game menu leave you with no option. Got the logfile attached.
-
I was never able to replicate it, even using the exact same airports that some users reported not working but, other users affected said that version 3.4.3 released today, has fixed it for them.
-
Thanks for fixing, 3.4.3 fixed it for me. Well, am not going to do a full flight now but sat at the gate I can operate the jetway and the menus are back to normal, will do a full flight tomorrow and report back, much appreciated, GSX is great!!
-
I just run live update not 3 minutes prior to writing this, and gladly i'm not having any issues.
-
The issue seems to be 90% fixed for me. However, when I toggle the jetway to the aircraft at a third-party scenery airport, there is still a huge gap between them.
Tested in FS20 – no issue. In FS24, the issue is still present.
-
Still having isolated parking messages with 3.4.3. I'm not sure what happened in the last updates, but please if you can, let us revert to older builds, GSX is absolutely not usable as it is...
EDIT : so I had to completely uninstall and do a clean reinstallation to get it to work, if some people still have this issue, this might be a solution.
-
Thank You so much so Isolated Parking is fix for me too
-
For me too: v3.4.3 seems to have fixed the issue.
So bad it prevents me to fly this weekend, but so i could enjoy the first spring's summer.
Thanks
-
Well reporting back, 3.4.3 is still actually broken for me. Tried again to uninstall and reinstall, still having isolated parking issues in 2020 and 2024.
Please take a look into this !
-
Sometimes it happens thats just a GSX issue... if you like it or not... its broken.
-
same for me latest update 3.43 isolated parking FS20
-
Same here in EGLL parking 248 (but many other parking same issue) with A350 inibuilds, latest GSX 3.4.4.
PS: Using original GSX Profile from inibuilds EGLL
-
Please stop reporting the isolated parking as supposedly happening in 3.4.3, it doesn't and it can't.
If you still have it, it means you don't have 3.4.3 and no, the version number can be misleading, because the only thing it says is the manifest.json is updated to 3.4.3, it doesn't guarantee each and every file of the 3.4.3 has been downloaded, because it's possible your local cloudflare node hasn't been refreshed with all the latest files.
If you suspect this is what is happening, your options are:
- Try an update Check again, your local cloudflare node might have been updated in the meantime
- Use a VPN, which will connect you to another node, one that has got the latest files (most of them are)
- Use the OFFLINE installer, linked in the Sticky thread of this forum.
