Title: Problem with Jetway

I don't know why but whenever I press Ctrl+J to move the Jetway towards the aircraft it only moves towards the aircraft but never connects? I can't figure out why it doesn't connect all the way to the aircraft. Any suggestions?

Isn't the jetway is supposed to be Ctrl+J?
