Title: (FSX) I stopped seeing Passengers in the sleeves

I use FSX and I no longer see passengers on JetWays (for example in LPPT) please help me :'(

After all this time, the excitement of the passengers on the jetways has stopped appearing not only at LPPT airport but at all of them, I don't understand why? 
I use FSX (SP19
Please help me.

It might be a SODE issue. Unless you use P3D V6, which requires 1.8.0, the previous version 1.7.1 is generally more reliable for older P3D and FSX.
