Title: Rear Stairs are disabled and prevents seeing passenger deboarding

Since recent update when I land at every airport that has a jetway I get a voice telling me "rear Stairs are disabled and prevents seeing passenger deboarding." The counter commences deboarding. I can still see passengers seated but I see no one get off their seats and move. The flight fully deboards but passengers don't move. Any assistance to rectify this would be appreciated.

Please provide full reproduction steps, the airplane, the airport, the GSX profile in use, the gate, everything.
