Title: Couatl does not load/error messages - repeatedly - when using 3rd party liveries

Every time I attempt to use a 3rd party livery, i.e., from flightsim.to, GSX does not load, with repeating error messages at every attempt.  It does not matter which aircraft; it has happened with every one I have tried.  When I use a livery from the MSFS2020 Marketplace there is no problem.

I have tried everything I can think of.  Any thoughts?
