Greetings,
I recently had both P3d v4 and MSFS 2020 on my computer and decided
that P3d was not going to be used anymore so I uninstalled all of my addons as
well as P3d itself.
However when I used the link on the fsdt installer to retrieve all of my license
keys I never received an email with them.
I requested this more than on time as well as never receiving the key to
a new product that I just purchased.
I would appreciate any help with retrieving these keys as I have just about every
product for both P3d as well as 2020 that you have.

Gene, first, did you check your spam. If it's not there, did you happen to change your e-mail at some point. If you did, you need to e-mail them with your old e-mail and your current e-mail.

Thank you for this response. I might of purchased some of my
products using an old email but I made a purchase just yesterday
using my current email and did not get a response for that product
as well.
How do I change or submit a request to update my email not sure
where or how to do that

Need to e-mail support@virtualisoftware.com, but before you do that, check your spam, because it's also possible it ended up there.
