Hello,
I asked this question over on the PMDG forum but I am posting it here as well, hoping Umberto can chime in and suggest whether it might be something on PMDG or on the GSX side of things.
The normal scenario is this:
1. Catering service was requested via the GSX menu
2. The service vehicles arrived, automatically opened the R2 and R5 doors and supplied the catering.
3. Once finished, GSX closed the door automatically without user intervention
4. The service vehicles departed
5. Catering service was completed
After 2.0.59 PMDG update, there appears to be a problem in Step 3. The doors are indeed closed by GSX automatically as soon as the catering is finished, but they immediately reopen, requiring a manual closure via the PMDG tablet. But even after manually closing them via the tablet, they immediately reopen again. And so, GSX cannot complete the catering service. The vehicles, thus, do not go away.
After manually closing the doors multiple times, eventually, the vehicles depart.
As I run the GSX Live Update multiple times a day, I wish to ascertain it is not a GSX update that caused this.
For now, the catering service does not fully work with the 777-300ER due to the automatically reopening R2 and R5 doors.

I am seeing exactly the same problem. I think it's most likely a problem caused by the latest PMDG update.

Same problem here.
When closing cargo doors with gsx or fmc the doors are closing but then immediately re-opening >:( again

if you used earlier fix delete gsx.cfg in C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Packages\Community\pmdg-aircraft-77w\SimObjects\Airplanes\PMDG 777-300ER folder

This wasn't what fixed it.
if you used earlier fix delete gsx.cfg
This was what fixed it. GSX internal profiles always "lose" against user-made profiles. The PMDG 777 comes with an internal GSX profile, so it doesn't need an external one but, if you have one you downloaded or made before GSX added internal support for it, it will likely be based on wrong starting data, so you must remove it.

Hello, I did exactly the same steps as in the first post. Went into GSX files to remove the gsx.cfg file for the 77W and I still have the issue. Doors R2 and R5 reopens and catering won't go away until manually close those doors.

I deleted the GSX.CFG and the doors still keep reopening.

It's not just the B77W. Also the B77F has this problem. I believe we need to delete the gsx.cfg for both aircraft. There must have been a period from the time the aircraft was installed to when the aircraft was supported by GSX. Knowing myself, I probably bought the aircraft within minutes of them being released.

L1 door open itself everytime when borading or deborading, doors on the right side won't close itself after catering services and cargo loading completed... etc
I got this problem since 77F released, before that everything works prefect.
Deleting gsx.cfg in 77W folder isn't solve anything, PEALSE JUST FIX THE ISSUE.

I had a similar issue with the Fenix 320. Fenix did an update and they changed their door numbers. The issue was I had Airplane profiles that override the normal GSX profile. I may not have stated that correctly, but if you have any folders stored in your Airplane folder then they need to be deleted.

You are right, the door issue appeared again. When I tested this yesterday, everything was working. Now much of my annoyment, day off from work, nothing to do, bad weather outside, maybe do bit flightsimming and a long haul flight, the whole issue reappeared !!! My sense of humor is nearing end. What I and most of this community wants, is just go and fly, not to do tweaking and updating hours after hours.
