Title: Getting Couatl Errors in MSFS 2020

Since I updated to 3.2.9, I at first could not get GSX to load... I downloaded and installed the offline update to which I could get the menu to load... However, every time I select a menu option, I get an error wanting to know I wanted to record an error log (attached) then a message that Couatl needs to restart.

I don't see any errors in your log, you must take if when you get the error and *before* restarting, otherwise is not meaningful.
