Title: Unable to Activate GSX Pro for MSFS2020

Hi Umberto,

Computer had a meltdown the other day when my SSD decided to fail.  I am in the process now of reinstalling Flight Simulator but encountered one problem.  I was trying to aactivate and the activation codes are gone and I no longer have them.  When I tried to have them emailed it has my old address of rowe2@sympatico.ca and not my new one of richardr.rowe1996@gmail.com
I am fortunate that all your other products that I have were purchased on SimMarket so I can get those codes.  Easy fix, if you can help.

Thanks Kevin.  How do I email Umberto?  I have usually just chatted with him here.  Just hoping he can change my email.  I should have bought GSX on SimMarket like I do all the other FSDT products but I think I did this on the site.

I was able to search back and in an obscure folder in my email which for some reason was not located in my search I found my activation code and am installing GSX Pro now!  I am going to keep that in a very safe and easy place to find now.
