Title: PMDG 737-800 - Everything works great except the rear door doesn't close

As per the title, everything works great automatically with the PMDG 737-800, except the rear door needs to be closed manually.  I don't open any doors manually, so GSX is opening the rear door, however when I am ready for pushback, all the other doors are closed automatically except the rear door.  GSX will wait for me to close it manually before the pushback can proceed.  I'm not using any 3rd party GSX aircraft profiles.

It happened to me as well, on my first an only flight with the aircraft.
