Hi, I bought the GSX and the Expansion level 2 since 3-3-2018 in my W10 Laptop, fired it up yesterday got the notification pop up that I'm in a trial mode, then popup Warp to Trial Mode airport, only can go to 3 airports, product will work fully. What the heck happened using GSX Level 2 since 2018.
I did not do or make any changes of the Laptop that I recall?
My laptop will have to be replaced before Nov. 2025, it's not W11 compatible, Darn it!

Reinstalling my key codes would not work, would say, "A general connection failure has occurred. Try to activate, Basel, GSX same for GSX Level 2 Expansion?
Oh! I bought GSX at the FSPilot Store, they are out of business, Key Code I still have the, and made sure about the O,0, S 5 entering them I my Keyboard.
I have not made up my mind If I will replace my FSX with FS2020, or FS2024!

You may wish to try to go here and e-mail license keys and see if that works. Esellerate was shut down about a year after you purchased GSX, so your old keys won't work. New ones were issued, which you'll hopefully get via e-mail when you try the above steps.

I wonder which one would apply to me ?
#1 I'm connected to the Internet
#2 Deactivate license of system in order to Activate a lic. on another system
#3 Get Lic. info.
#4 If I forgot my Lic.keys enter my email they would email them back to me. I did not for them.
So which one would you think it would be Kevin?

Hi Kevin, Well I tried the Email License said no such email under my account.
I tried the "Get License information; It listed my Desktop the name of my Desktop, which GSX 2 is activated, but no list of my laptop name.
It showing another PC which says l8N011314 Activated of 2024 but, not the PC name of my Laptop which Name MSI.
Confused, why was I able to, on my Laptop Fly and used any airport with GSX with Expansion level 2 not telling me I'm using a Trial Mod not Activated?
The PC that's PC PC name l8N011314 said it was Activated 6-12-2024, I did not Activated
anything of that date, Strange????

You can try de-activating the license if you wish, but at this point, the best course of action is to send an e-mail to them explaining your situation since this would now most likely involve your order number, which obviously shouldn't be shared on the forum.

I removed my Gs x. Am I laptop? I have a desktop that works good with the GSX also.
