Title: Cant edit Airplanes
Post by: maxcs on November 01, 2024, 08:04:39 pm
Hello,

I am failing to customize a custom profile for aircraft in GSX, because whenever I customize something and try to save it, I get “MyLabel” instead of the aircraft and the gsx.cfg location. Even if I change data in the gsx.cfg this does not change anything in GSX. As an example, I deactivate some ULDs like the AKH container, so the next time I board an AKH container is delivered and loaded again.

Can you help me what I am doing wrong?

Best regards Max

It seems your GSX is not updated.

Same problem here, but with P3Dv5! I randomly came across this topic here. Where to read out the version number of GSX? I ran the updater regulary.
My profile says "MyLabel" and it does not save the airframe specifics.  So I cannot create a file at all. Posted this in the P3D forum: http://www.fsdreamteam.com/forum/index.php/topic,32747.0.html
The corresponding gsx.cfg does not match the numbers within the config tool (see in screenshot GPU)
Seems so, that the NUM-keys are not working

Thx in advance!

Tried with PMDG 777 and it shows the right cfg. But the problem stays: "Eng 1" = "Bypass Pin" and "Eng 2" = "Eng 1"
So something seems to be messed up with an former update

Where ist the setting on which path GSX takes the airplane from? My FSLabs is accidentially to "E:\Programme\FSLabs\FSLabs\....". So the problem is maybe somewhere here :)
Pls help, THX

I am P3D-user. Did not wanted to open a whole new topic. Meanwhile exact this topic is opened for P3D.
FSLabs is not configurable :)
