Title: GSX menu not opening
Post by: DivingParrot on November 01, 2024, 07:32:50 am: When I start a new flight Couatl starts automatically but when I try to open the GSX menu I get the error "Failed to load GSX Menu. Please wait, it might appear later..." It doesn't appear. I've reinstalled GSX, and removed some profiles but nothing's working. Everything is up to date and my firewall isn't blocking anything related to Couatl, GSX, or the FSDT installer. After the Failed to Load GSX I get a warning saying "this parking is too small for your aircraft." and after about 10 seconds of loading the menu closes and doesn't reopen. This hasn't been a problem since the last update.

Edit: On smaller aircraft like the 737 the "this parking is too small for your aircraft" doesn't show and the menu stays open but it still says "Failed to load GSX Menu. Please wait, it might appear later..." I noticed that profiles also load it just looks like the menu isn't.

Then your issues is completely different, there's a chapter at Page 97 in the manual, dedicated to explaining all possible reasons and solution to the menu loading issue.

Post by: DivingParrot on November 08, 2024, 08:28:12 pm: Update: GSX ground services still continue to work when using the Fenix A320 loading feature. The only issue now is the menu which still says loading. I've gone through the troubleshooting section of the manual and still no luck. :(

Post by: DivingParrot on November 08, 2024, 09:08:50 pm: SOLVED: I uninstalled all FSDT Files (including the installer) and also deleted the AppData\Roaming\virtuali file - Works find now :)
