After several years of inactivity, i am reinstalling my p3d v5 build. I noticed my ssd where i kept all my license keys crashed. I bought GSX on an old email account i no longer have acces to. I found the website for requesting the license key, but it emails it to my old account. I emailed support, but i get no answer.. What can i do to get my beloved GSX to work? I also have Zurich and Geneva, also without license keys...

Just to confirm, when you e-mailed them, you gave them your old e-mail address and the new e-mail address you wanted to use?

I got nothing, then. I know Umberto's having to divide his time between e-mail support, forum support, and support in the unofficial support Discord.

Yeah no problem, if i'm certain the mail is well received it's ok, there will be an answer.

According to the outgoing emails, you sent a request to change your old email address on August 22nd, and we sent you a confirmation of the email change on August 28th, that is 4 working days after, I'm sorry for not having replied quickly, but August is a bad month for support in general.
