Title: select pushback direction

Dear,

after the last update every time i land any were no menu exept select pushback direction,
kindly support. :'(

Doesn't happen here. Try to restart the Couatl engine from the tray bar icon. If the icon disappear when you hover on it, it means it already stopped during the flight, and for some reason the auto-restarter didn't work, so just start it manually then.
