Why am I seeing this when I check for updates? P3D v5

if you can't read it all it reads invalid data

in the sim from the top down menu

P3Dv4.5 default Scenario, Upper Menu Bar select, "ADDON"
Select  "Couatl Live Update"
   Get the "no data notice", Click OK and then,
   Get the FSDreamTeam ADDOn Manager window with 3 choices:
   1) Run the FSDT Live Update
   2) Read list of changes in this upgrade
   3) Ignore this upgrade
           This window displays for perhaps 20 seconds then goes away.
(FYI: I've  used GSX since at least 2019)

What happens if you try to do it via the Couatl updater. There should be a shortcut for it on your desktop. If there is not, you can also go into your Addon Manager folder to find it.

That is my plan once I resolve a probably unrelated issue created by a recent Microsoft update to Windows Ver 10 on my PC!
I'll try to remember to keep you updated on whatever happens!

Try running a CMD, SFC, to clean up the last WIN 10, update

The old Live Update has been replaced by the FSDT Updater, which is more reliable, since it will surely update things that cannot updated while the simulator is running.

that's what I've been doing. thanks for the info about no more updates from within the sim
