Title: GSX won't load after updating to 1.37.19.0

As the title says, after updating to 1.37.19.0, GSX won't show in game. There's no icon in the toolbar, although couatl appears to be working normally. I've checked the couatl.err file and there's a problem with FSDT_Traffic_Cone3. I've updated to 3.0.6

Tried again with an empty Community folder.

I got a new couatl.err file.

Whatever it was, it seems to have resolved itself after a re-installation.

You were missing objects which are surely part of the basic installation (Traffic cones), so you must have lose them for some reason, that's why a reinstall fixed it.
