Title: Deicing model not found

FSX user with SP2 installed. I have an Eaglesoft Citation jet and would like to have deicing available. I have deicing positions set in the from the GSX aircraft configuration (wing root, wingtip). When I call for pushback, voice tells me no deicing is available for my aircraft. How can I enable deicing for addon aircraft? I try to call for remote deicing and couatl/GSX stops with no deice model found error in the log file. Any help?  Thanks, love the GSX, I'm really liking it. I tried deicing on PMDG 737 at gate and it works. Does deicing work only at parking assigned as gates? What about ramp parking?

The airplane is too small, we don't have deicing available for non-airliners.
