Hmm... Not that I know that much about this, but as far as I know, this isn't a problem?!
Isn't it just FSX saying it's detected the bglmanx.dll file...
In other words - isn't it a normal reaction from FSX first restart of FSX after install of FSDreamTeam sceneries? :)
Please correct me if I'm wrong!
Regards

Be sure you haven't set FSX to run into any of the Compatibility modes.
Try also this solution here:

Hi sir
I am getting no luck with starting FSX, each time i uninstall i remove the trusted entries from the fsx config, i have also installed the addon manager only, and it still wont start FSX.
I went into the registry thing, but i am not exactly sure what to change and check, the number posted on that forum are similar to mine, mine only has a few 0s infront of that value..
Look forward to a responce

Every time you reset the Trusted section, you need to reboot Windows. And try several times, because this problem usually fixes itself if you try it several times, and allow some time (like 20-30 secs) between each FSX launch. And, always ALLOW the module to run, even if FSX crashes.
If the registry value is ok (zeros do not count), don't touch it.
Also, try running FSX as Administrator (it shouldn't be necessarry, but it might be worth trying).

So Delete the config entries - reboot - install the addon manager - run FSX
[already running in admin mode]
Could we use teamviewer Virtuali?
