Title: FSX STEAM sode not showing jetways won't work

I recently reinstall the GSX BASE download and then the GSX 2 Expansion pack to my flight simulator I also updated the FSDT installer and let it run its course. When i restarted the flight sim
after chosing a airport KSFO B24 gate. I stopped the engine and waited for the gsx to complete the cache. when i went to use the jetway pressing ctl+shift=12 the menu appeared i pressed the jetway. a message came up on the green stripe saying the sode is not eliminated?? what is wrong here why don't the jetways respond, can someone help me out
