Title: No Operators on the list P3dv4

I have been having an issue lately where when I change something in the GSX customization menu the list of operators disappears. This specific screenshot attached the list vanished when I added Jetways to the gates. It also happens when I change or select an operator. I first noticed this issue when I selected a handling operator, went to go use the stand as normal and the selected operator did not show up. It always shows Jet Aviation instead of what was selected.

My problem is similar. Also P3D but 4.5
