Title: Optional setting to disable GSX during cruise

I noted this in the release notes of latest update:
"GSX (all versions) NEW: Added a new optional setting in the %APPDATA%\Virtuali\Couatladdons.INI file to disable GSX while cruising higher 10000 feet/faster than 250 kts, to prevent possible crashes due to problems receiving Navdata. To enabled it, add disable_in_cruise = 1 in the [GSX] section of the file."

Its not obvious to me what problem happens that I would know to utilize this optional setting.
