Is it possible to increase the range of visibility of airfield devices... in this case luggage on carts?

It's surely possible, but not advisable, because we take fps and memory optimization very seriously, so all our objects try to comply with the official LOD recommendations, and pass the official LOD diagnostic tool, something that can't be said for many products, which risk crashing the sim or slowing fps in the best case.

In your case, objects disappeared because you used a wide viewing angle, which affects the LOD switching. We tuned them to comply with the proper LOD settings on a natural zoom level, which is usually considered close to normal view at about 60% Zoom level.
