Title: Live Update stuck at 33% - What's going on?

Hello Gang!

Upon launching the FSDT installer to update GSX from 2.8.2 to 2.8.3, the updater runs through step 1 quickly but the downloading process gets stuck at 33% and it's extremely slow.  Any ideas what's going on?

I'm having the same problem. Canceled the update and will give it some time and try again.
