I was able to solve it myself.
I not use FSDT Universal installer.
I tried using the old FSDT Live Update and it fixed the problem.

Please clarify what do you mean by "old FSDT Update". The FSDT Installer and the FSDT Updater are exactly the same program, just with a different user interface, but they install exactly the same files.

I tried taking off from KMEM from 36R, same as in your video, and I can't reproduce the problem.

Try updating now, it was a problem of the updater, that didn't download all files required by the scenery (the colliders, in this case).
