Title: Couatl crashes after calling for GPU

On P3Dv5.4 on any airport with any airplane every time after calling for the GPU and it arrives I get a couatl crash notification with the option to restart couatl. This has started happening after the latest update.

Your log doesn't show any errors, or that you ever called the GPU.

It shows the simulator started, GSX loaded normally, and then the simulator crashed for any other reason, GSX correctly detected the event, logged it, and shut down itself cleanly.

Is it possible you posted a new log made after the first restart request? In order to verify the error, we need a log made before the suggestion to restart.
