I got this fault messages, which I can clear via the cross rh upper corner, but it comes back after a while

Hello Umberto, how can I use the "offline" installer. When I disconnect the PC from the Internet, the installer no longer works.
Sorry for the stupid question but I am not a computer specialist.

You are not using the offline installer, which is a separate installer found in the "Offline Installer" thread in the MSFS section. It's not an "offline mode" for the normal installer.
