Hi there,
I tried the auto assistance mode, after the time delay for passengers was implemented lately. Thank you for that - cause now you can prevent any passenger from boarding the plane before fueling is completed (which is how it should be). Still I would suggest some tiny changes in the order of services in auto mode:
1. at the gate (cold&dark)
2. [change] imho you should be able to call the jetway (or stairs) via GSX without interrupting/deactivating the auto mode
3. you prepare your plane or whatever you want to do before starting the auto mode
4. you call for boarding / start the auto mode
5. [change] refueling and catering should take place first
6. [change] after that is done, baggage should be loaded
7. During or after baggage loading - whatever time you set for pax delay on the slider (or cut it short with the menu) - passenger boarding starts.
