If you are using fs9, there is an limited option.
I do not remember the exact details, but it was for overland or simmersky(?) airports.

I suggest you do a search to find it.
Sorry I could not be of more help.

Yep the only thing that comes close to aes is the dynamic scenery from Urakawa Dynamic Factory only for certain overland airports. so you would buy the airport then Urakawas add-on. and it is only for fs9/fs2004

It does not have moving jet ways or push back trucks but it does add moving people, traffic, around the airport in fact overland airports use aes, for the jet ways and push back trucks. as far as anything exactly like aes there is none that I know of.

I have asked Umberto/FSDT about implementing something similar in there airports hopefully we can see something like that soon it would most likely be in fsx only feature but it would be fun to see people around with smaller airports like in the Hawaii islands.  since it would take a frame hit on large airports.

Some of the Project Opensky planes come with ground service and Camsim planes come with their own ground service as well. But nothing in the way inclusive of jetways. :)
