Title: push back held awaiting clearance request in fsx-se

push back held awaiting clearance request (FSX-SE). I've waited as long as a hour, No push back. I have the clearance already loaded in the NAV system. I have received my climb out instruction. Being an old ramp rat for TWA, What does the ground crew care about clearance? Our job was to push when the crew said to push!
 Is there a work around, besides Shift-P?
