Title: Serial codes under an old email

Hello Support,

I need to get my serials that were under an old email (it got hacked about a few years ago so I can't access it anymore). I still have the order numbers, but because I don't have the serials, I can't activate the products in Addon Managers (GSX base, for example). Anyone in support able to help me with this?

You'd have to shoot an e-mail to support with the old e-mail address that it was under and the current one you want it to be under.
