Title: purchase still pending

I purchased Vancouver this moring at 1038 EST on April 7th.  I never received an email and when I did self help to email me the serial numbers it wasnt there.  I checked my credit card and it still says pending.  Is there a reason why it still that way 12 hours later?

As explained on the manual and on the forum so many times, you should never use the public forum to post questions about orders because, my next question would be about your personal details, which we cannot obviously share here, that's why for questions about orders, you should only use the support email instead.

In any case, I checked your order, and I see you already activated it so, it seems you found the email with the activation key.
