Title: Please remove the Esellerate lines from your hosts file to use this update.

Hello! I have just acquired GSX and GSX Level 2 via SimMarket. After downloading I have noticed that I cannot go through the live updater, as it's stating that it cannot access the file C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts. I have checked the hosts file and there is no such thing as Esellerate in there. Any help?
