Title: Boarding stops shortly after being started

Any airplane 3rd party and default.
Any airport 3rd party and default.
SU10 Navdata API disabled
Gates with jetway, stairs seems ok
Estimate pax number - checked
Sequence of operations: select default A20N, spawn at gate with a jetway. request boarding from GSX menu

I cannot reproduce the problem, and nobody else reported it.

Since tomorrow's update will have the (SU12 ) Navdata always enabled by default, so I suggest first trying with the Navdata enabled, because we are not going to use the old airport cache method anymore, so it hasn't been tested in a while.
