Title: extra ground clutter

respected developer and simmers out there
how can i enable extra ground clutter by tick the option or untick the option in setting menu .should i tick the option extra ground clutter option in setting menu to enable the extra ground clutter in sin
any help is much more appct

Like any other program when an option can be Enabled/Disabled with a checkmark, you enable Ground clutter by having the checkmark ticked and you disable it by having the checkmark Un-ticked.
