Title: Unable to create DeIce Areas / to request deice services (plane not at the gate)

Hi!

Since the last update (3rd march; 9d8ad8ee0bf75132255499a8e5210f5d; P3D version is 4 5 14 34698), I can request deice services within Additionnal Services menu (so when the plane is at the gate) but it does not work by clicking on De-icing services option: nothing happens (in my case, at EKCH, 4 suitables areas; I've tested in different airports, same issue).
Everything worked fine before this update.

Here a message that appears within Coualt.log when I click on De-icing services option:
[showMultipageMenu] Exception No registered converter was able to produce a C++ rvalue of type class std::basic_string<char,struct std::char_traits<char>,class std::allocator<char> > from this Python object of type unicode

Furthermore, I can't create De-ice areas or modify previous ones (created by the last update of GSX): GSX crashes.
Boost.Python.ArgumentError: Python argument types in
    SimUiHandler.showText(SimUiHandler, unicode, TextColor)
did not match C++ signature:

Please don't cut out parts of the log you don't think are important, because I need to look at the actual log file without any cuts and/or possible translations that might happen in the forum software, which is why, in all threads about how to report an error, it's specifically asked to not post parts of the log, but ZIP the log file and ATTACH it to a post.

I'll recreate the issue and I'll send you the file.

Notice that there is also an issue with boarding/deboarding: passengers are not visible as well as buses (for gates without jetways).
