Good morning
P3D5.2 scenery "SimWings Balearic Islands Professional V.5"
GSX with latest update.
Jetway CTRL+J replaces with GSX with exclude.
Always the same problem.

Either you don't have the latest update (which as you can see from many posts on this forum has solved the floating jetway problems for everybody ) or your custom airport profile has a wrong elevation set, which should be fixed by clicking the airplane icon next to the elevation value.
