Title: Download will not start

I bought GSX PRO. After filling out all the data and pushing Buy I get a window saying that my request is being checked and I have to wait. Then nothing happens anymore.
What to do to get GSX Pro?

It's not very clear from your message if you have a problem Buying or Downloading. Have you possibly selected a non-immediate payment method, like Wire Trasnfer ?

In any case, as explained on the manual and on the forum so many times, you should never use the public forum to post questions about orders because, my next question would be about your personal details, which we cannot obviously share here, that's why for questions about orders, you should only use the support email instead.
