Title: Remote deice cause P3D v4.5 to crash

Hello,
Today I tried to test new feature of deicing, however shortly after deice trucks arrived Prepar3D crashed. I tried once again but no remote deice option was avilable anymore.
What could cause this?
Addons used: EPGD by Drzewiecki Design and PMDG 737.

Difficult to say without a crash log, possibly one with Logging enabled in the Troubleshooting section of the GSX Settings, since the normal panic log is not detailed enough.

I deleted deicing positions and recreated them once more, looks like this solved the problem. I'll remember about the troubleshooting for the future.
