Title: Best way to get support regarding a purchase/transaction?

I attempted to contact Digital River GmbH last month via their contact form, as their website instructs, about a purchase that I had made in 2021 but have not heard back from them. Is there a more direct way to contact them about order questions?

That's the one I used and have not heard back now for the better part of a month.
